Please contact customer service at 763-203-5481 within 3 business days
of receipt of a damaged package. You MUST retain ALL original packaging for
claim filing purposes.
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
WE DO NOT SUGGEST SHIPPING YOUR GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE HOSPITAL. Many times patients are released before the gift arrives and there are extra shipping costs involved which you will be responsible for if the gift has to be rerouted. Many hospitals will not forward the gift to the patient and they require that someone in the family pick up the gift at the hospital. If you still wish to send a gift to a patient in the hospital, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GIFT AND WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT IF A GIFT IS NOT RECEIVED.

HOTEL DELIVERIES
Hotel deliveries are NOT recommended. Too many times the recipient does not receive their gift. It gets lost at the hotel receiving dock. If you choose to ship an item to a hotel NO REFUNDS will be given if the recipient does not receive their gift.
DELIVERY OF CHCOLATE DURING SUMMER MONTHS OUTSIDE OF OUR LOCAL DELIVERY
AREA:
Most of our bouquets contain chocolate and during the summer months are
susceptible to heat damage. We therefore cannot ship certain chocolates via
UPS during the summer months. We will substitute other candies like M&M,
Payday Bars, Skittles and other heat safe candies in place of our standard chocolate
bar arrangements.
SHIPPING
We will make every effort to have your package arrive on your specified
day. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that
a package will arrive on a specific date unless you choose a UPS air shipment
option such as Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select. Rural areas may require additional
time AND cost. Please also be aware when placing an order to ship via air that Saturday and Sunday are NOT counted as shipping days. (i.e. If your order is placed on Friday after 12PM CST and you choose next day air your package will not ship until Monday and not arrive until Tuesday.
We cannot be responsible for deliveries for which we are given a wrong address or zip code. You will be billed for the full amount of your order if your package is undeliverable due to address error. If we are given an incorrect address and UPS has to correct that address you will be charged an extra charge for UPS to reroute your package to the correctd address.
In rare instances, some items may have a surcharge due to their unusually large size or weight.
We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

For Estimated UPS GROUND Delivery Times From MINNESOTA click link "UPS MAP". Delivery times are NOT a guarantee, but an estimate. No shipments are sent out on Saturday or Sundays and therefore, are not included in shipping days.
UPS will leave the package if no one is home and a signature is not required.
OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Deliveries can be made only within the continental United States. We DO NOT DELIVER to APO boxes, FPO Boxes or P.O. Boxes.

Rural area constraints
No response by the recipient
Wrong address or zip code
Invalid delivery date
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR WEATHER RELATED DELAYS AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
